COOL SOLUTIONS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA

PRIORITY COMFORT CLUB™ MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Cool Solutions of Central Florida ("Company") and the undersigned customer ("Member"). By signing below, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

During the active term of this Agreement, Member will receive:

  • Two (2) HVAC maintenance services per year (one cooling and one heating)
  • Ten percent (10%) discount on all future services and parts
  • One (1) free emergency service call per year (diagnostic/service call only)
  • Priority scheduling over non-members

2. TERM

This Agreement is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. Benefits expire at the end of the term unless renewed.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon. Membership benefits will not begin until payment has been received in full or according to agreed billing terms.

4. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING

Maintenance services will be scheduled at mutually agreed upon times. Member is responsible for scheduling services within the membership term. Unused maintenance visits do not roll over beyond the term.

5. EMERGENCY SERVICE

The included emergency service covers the diagnostic/service call fee only. Any repairs, parts, or additional labor required will be billed separately, subject to the membership discount where applicable.

6. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • This Agreement is non-transferable
  • Discounts apply only during the active membership period
  • Coverage does not include full system replacement or major component failure
  • Pre-existing conditions or issues identified prior to enrollment are not covered
  • Equipment must be accessible and safe to service

7. CANCELLATION

Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time. If canceled, services already rendered will be deducted from any applicable refund. Remaining unused benefits may be forfeited.

8. LIABILITY

Company shall not be liable for equipment failure due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, manufacturer defects, or lack of prior maintenance.

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, Member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
